C.A.T.S. SPECIAL EVENTS CALENDAR
A Note from Lynn Morchel...
CATS Casino Night Fundraiser on 9/27/08 at the Westwood Community Center was a huge success. C.A.T.S. fundraising director, Andrea Boccia, and all the volunteers who worked so hard and contributed their skills, raised $20,000 that evening.
Thanks to all the people who attended as well as those who donated food, wine and merchandise. All proceeds will be used to pay for animal medical care. Each animal that comes to C.A.T.S. gets a thorough medical exam, is tested for communicable diseases, and is spayed/neutered. Unfortunately some animals come to us requiring more substantial medical treatment; such as, injuries, amputations, eye surgeries, teeth extractions, etc. and the success of our fundraisers helps them to get the attention they deserve.
There are many ways in which you can become involved in this organization. We hope that more of you will join us and contribute your time to help.
2008 will be coming to a close sooner than we think, but there are still many ways to help the homeless companion animals in our community this year; here are just a few from which to choose:

Please Help Us Feed the Cats!
Donations of cat food are needed to feed homeless, stray cats. We are in need of volunteers to help with the feeding of our cat
colonies in the Ramsey/Upper Saddle River area. Any volunteers need to provide their own food and transportation. Call the
C.A.T.S. Resale Shop at 201-666-5444 for more information on how you can help.
Make Your Home "Tabby Chic"
Yes, you too can live in style and still have pets!
For a reasonable fee our two volunteer interior decorators will come to
your home and redo a room to fit your style, as long as you have pets
of course. If you have five or more pets you will gain additional
discounts.
The money you spend is another part of our fundraising efforts to establish
a cageless, no-kill adoption center for stray and abandoned animals in the Pascack Valley.
Please contact Anne Arauz at C.A.T.S. for more information and tune
into C.A.T.S. T.V. and see how a room is transformed from disaster to
"Tabby Chic" tranquil beauty before your eyes. Not only will you be estatic, but
the animals in your home will be happier too - everyone benefits!
