News & Events... C.A.T.S. SPECIAL EVENTS CALENDAR A Note from Lynn Morchel... CATS Casino Night Fundraiser on 9/27/08 at the Westwood Community Center was a huge success. C.A.T.S. fundraising director, Andrea Boccia, and all the volunteers who worked so hard and contributed their skills, raised $20,000 that evening. Thanks to all the people who attended as well as those who donated food, wine and merchandise. All proceeds will be used to pay for animal medical care. Each animal that comes to C.A.T.S. gets a thorough medical exam, is tested for communicable diseases, and is spayed/neutered. Unfortunately some animals come to us requiring more substantial medical treatment; such as, injuries, amputations, eye surgeries, teeth extractions, etc. and the success of our fundraisers helps them to get the attention they deserve. There are many ways in which you can become involved in this organization.
